10:2 - Ask. Seek. Pray.
“Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.”
Matthew 7:7-8, CSB
Tonight we gather to ask, to seek, and to pray. We set aside one hour, from 7-8pm, to bang on the door of heaven and call down kingdom power. We ask God to show us favor and establish the work of our hands (Psalm 90:17). We seek the power and stirring up of the Holy Spirit in our church. And we pray that God would do the work of salvation, restoration, forgiveness, and healing in our everyday, ordinary lives. Make no mistake, we are asking, seeking, and praying for God to do exceedingly and abundantly more than we can ask or even imagine (Eph. 3:20).
We are asking, seeking, and praying for supernatural power that flows from God’s supernatural presence.
We are asking, seeking, and praying for God to do what God alone can do - to break through walls put up against Him, to soften hearts that are as hard as granite, to tear down demonic strongholds in hearts that belong to Jesus, and to see a revival break out in our community and across the Metro East.
“Faith does not operate in the realm of the possible. There is no glory for God in that which is humanly possible. Faith begins where man's power ends.”
George Muller
Faith begins where man’s power ends. Lord, we have faith…help us with our lack of faith.
It’s not too late to sign up. It’s not too late to show up. Join us tonight at 7pm for an hour of worship and prayer, and commit today to participate in the 10:2 Project.
Asking, seeking, and praying with you,
Pastor Rayden
