Take Your Time

10:2 - Take Your Time

“Teach us to number our days carefully so that we may gain a heart of wisdom.”

- Psalm 90:12

“We must do the works of Him who sent me while it is day. Night is coming when no one can work.”

- John 9:4

Isn’t it amazing how fast time flies by us. Red Hill has been in our community for more than ten years now. It’s easy to start fitting in and becoming a normal church. We’ve got a lot of work to do. We have more than 10,000 students on campus who need to find the hope, love, and forgiveness that Jesus alone can bring. We have more than 100,000 people who live within ten miles of our building who need to hear the gospel. There are needs to be met, lost people to be found, churches to be planted, and disciples to be made. The days we live in are evil, and the world is full of brokenness and broken people. Before we know it, our time in this world will be finished. Let’s make our lives count. Let’s lay our lives down for Jesus, and let’s watch as God does great things in us, for us, and through us.

Life is a limited time opportunity. Don’t waste it.

“Pay careful attention, then, to how you live - not as unwise people but as wise - making the most of the time, because the days are evil.”

- Ephesians 5:15-16

Take your time, before your time takes you.
